With my 20 years of experience in the marketing and business management arena and as an Endorsed Facilitator of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), what’s unique about my approach is I use facilitation to draw the answers from within the team with carefully designed tools and techniques. This really helps with ownership and sustainability.

The objective I strive for in facilitation is to come up with a sharp, single-minded roadmap driven by a clear set purpose. I prefer to put a little bit of play and storytelling into the sessions to nurture creativity.
